Get Sandra Bullock off any 'It' list

This is an act of desperation! Will our readers please answer our call for help and come to our aid?
First we're looking for reasons why Sandra Bullock has remained on The Scoop's "It" List for so long, and second we're looking to take her down. Okay, we'll be obliged if both happen in whatever order.Just do something .. this is both un-kosher and sacreligious, if that even means anything where they don't cancel each other out.
