[Hollywood News]: London, Jan 11 : Sandra Bullock indeed became 'Miss Congeniality' for victims of killer tsunami in Asia after donating 1 million dollars to the tsunami relief fund.
According to Ananova, Bullock handed over the huge sum of money to the American Red Cross last week.
The 'speed' star had also donated a cheque for the same amount to the Red Cross following the September 11 attacks on America in 2001.
Red Cross bosses were quick to show their gratitude to the generous Hollywood actress.
'At this critical time, I am grateful to Sandra Bullock for once again demonstrating her leadership, compassion and belief in our global humanitarian mission,' said Marsha Evans, Chief Executive Officer and American Red Cross President.
'Sandra continues to enable our lifesaving work and is a model for personal generosity,' added Evans. (ANI) "
