79th Academy Awards

Sandy did not attend this years Oscars ceremony. Maybe the reason why I didn´t watch it for the first time in a few years ;-). Hopefully we see her again next year!

Sandy on 9th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards

Sandra Bullock attended the 9th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards which took place at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel tonight. Sandy was presented with the "Swarovski Presidents Award" during the ceremony. Sandra Bullock was wearing a stunning red dress with an indian style designed by Marc Bouwer (click for HQ pictures). Sandy joked during her speech, /"People are thinking, ´Why is she getting this award? I don´t remember anything that´s she´s worn!´".

Sandra Bullock on 22nd Annual Santa Barbara Film Festival

Sandra Bullock attended the Santa Barbara Film Festival today where she presented the American Riviera Award to Forest Whitaker. Forest Whitaker was the director of Hope Floats which Sandra Bullock starred in, in 1998. You could truly hear her admiration in the speech for him. Forest accepted his award with great honor and was very proud of it.
